As anticipated, we have received extremely high volumes created by Easter falling at the start of the month and a lot of businesses new financial year. This has placed increased pressure on our delivery and trunking operation.
We have brought in additional resource however have been unable to plan out all deliveries today (Thursday 2nd April). Steps are being taken to keep delays to a minimum however we do expect some consignments to be affected next week (W/C 6th April). Please be aware any consignment not planned out will be on the next working day.
If you have any urgent delivery requirements or need updates on specific consignments, please contact us as normal.
Please ensure that if you anticipate increased volumes week commencing 6th April, and require additional collections, this is communicated to and agreed with your local depot in advance.
